Great article by George Will pinpoints the time when liberals turned "punitive", showing evidence that indicates the assassination of JFK was the trigger. It has all been downhill since then. Even though JFK was killed by a radicalized Communist, the NYT and press of the time blamed it on Barry Goldwater and the "radical right". Does this sound familiar?
